This high accuracy processing enable to give seamless boring processing in the center portion. Because of this seamless property, it becomes possible to manufacture balanced roll, even used in high rotation speed.

High accuracy special inner diameter boring can process large size machining including maximum inner diameter:φ1,300m, face length: 11,000, outer diameter: 1,520mm, weight: up-to 25t. Large size roll is generally used in low rotation, but this high accuracy special inner diameter boring equipment can produce large size roll to keep its balance if used in high rotation speed. The Company has the supply experience to have processed extremely high accuracy boring processing of cylindricity of 50μm to nip roll having inner diameter: φ580 x face length: 5,765mm. This equipment can produce uniformity of nip by the uniform thickness, and also can reduce the temperature non-uniformity when heated and cooled.
